A Bit of History...

New Light Services was established in 1983. The business was developed by rebuilding and selling copiers, fax machines, and their supplies as well as providing service and supplies for a variety of different copiers, fax equipment, and laser printers.
The business was then purchased by Bob Tache and James Richardson in 1996.
In the six years since New Light Copier Services Ltd was purchased by Bob and James, the staff levels, the customer base, and the annual revenues have tripled. The company now operates out of a 4000 square foot facility in the Willowbrook Business Center.
In 1998, New Light Copier Services acquired a full line copier, facsimile, and multifunctional product through Panasonic Canada as well as a full line product dealership through Muratec.
At this time, New Light Copier Services markets and maintains the full line of all office products supplied by Panasonic including analog copiers, digital copiers, laser fax machines, digital multifunctional equipment, laser printers, dot matrix printers, and panaboards, as well as the full line of Muratec laser fax machines and digital equipment. We also continue to remanufacture copiers, fax machines, and laser toner products.
Our factory trained service technicians provide emergency service, preventative maintenance, parts and supplies to our base of customers from Hope to Whistler.
Both Bob and James have been in the office product industry for over twenty-five years, mostly dealing with the facsimile and copier products. Both principals have spent many of those years in the technical and service management departments for major copier and fax distributors and manufacturers.
